Today was the 1st day of my last week of work . I was hired as a temp in July. I guess I’m lucky.. I should have been gone right after Halloween. But they like me and wanted to keep me as long as possible. I did work long enough to collect unemployment. They have a budget approval in February and hopefully I will be hired permanently.. if not I’ll be back again for the Halloween season.

They will also let me know if anything opens up in the parent company, which is in the same building. So everyone keep your fingers crossed for me
