This is what is happening here right now. The electric has already gone off once right after I posted my last post. I love thunder, but I hate when the electric goes out!

Thunder Boomers
Update: Now we finally have a severe thunderstorm warning and a flash flood warning. I’m glad I went grocery shopping before all of this mess. It’s been constant thunder and lightning since it started just over an hour and 15 minutes ago. The flash flood warning is in effect for another hour and 15 minutes.

  1. It’s amazing how dependent we are on the modern convenience of electricity. And how isolated we feel when it goes away.

The storm we got wasn’t that bad actually. It didn’t even last that long. But there was some pretty cool lightning. :)

Yep. We can’t live without out electrical conveniences… IE computers, TV, Air Conditioning!

Jenny: We had more storms today that were training along like the ones yesterday.
