Remember when I posted about a backlinks plugin? Well that plug-in has been updated so you can not only delete spammy or unwanted backlinks you can also blacklist them too.
I admit since I added that plug-in a lot and I do mean a lot of spammers have tried to get their porn links on my blog using that sign up in my sidebar. But thank goodness they don’t just show. I have to physically go in and either approve or delete them. I’ve been doing more deleting than approving…. a lot from the same “person”. But now with the updated plugin hopefully that will slow down now.
Now if only I could get some nice high PR people to backlink to me … *hint, hint* 
Hey army mom! I am author of wp-backlinks. I realize that spammers have found my plugin as a tool for them so I have released a new version that has incorporated some spam blocking and I am working on making it even better. I would check back regularly for updates. Hope this helps. And thanks to your website having the spam block message to post comments that just gave me an idea for an option to enable that same feature for requesting a backlink trade!!

Yes, I’m sick of deleting those kind of links from my comments and trackbacks. Especially since I try to keep my blog free of anything inappropriate for kids. This plugin would be very useful for me. Doing it manually takes so long.
I guess I have been lucky and since becoming a do follow blogger I have not had too much spamming.
I do have Spam Karma on my WordPress blog.

That’s a pretty sweet tool. I bet it saves a lot of time. I can’t stand those adult website spammers.
This plugin doesn’t allow you to blacklist from your comments. It’s a plugin that allows you to get backlinks. It allows people to fill out a form to link to you. You get to allow it or delete/blacklist it.
Flap: I use Akismet and Bad Behavior. I do not get any spam comments.

I just went to one of those PR predictor sites. Yesterday it could not determine what my PR would be… today it’s predicting a PR6. That would be awesome… but I’m not holding my breath. I’d be happy to stay at PR4 
I’m running my technorati program now and it will add anyone who has added me since the last time I ran it.
