I got up this morning and got a shower. Then I went to WaWa for a breakfast sandwich and stuff. I went and got my blood taken, then went to get the 3 tests done. I had a mammogram, a dexa scan (bone density), and a chest x-ray. After the mammogram they gave me a little bag of goodies. Inside the bag was a monthly planner, a pen, an emery board and 3 mints… all in pink!
It was sunny when I went in for my tests, when I came out it was cloudy. I went down the street to the post office and while I was in there a thunderstorm hit. I had to wait for it to stop POURING so I could get to my car. I waited for it to slow down some but I still looked like a drowned rat by the time I got to my car. After that was the supermarket. I came out after purchasing all my things on my list, and then some. And guess what? Another storm hit! Drowned rat time again.. wet groceries… wet me! Wonderful combination, huh? At least when I got home it had stopped raining for the time being. It’s cloudy again and looks like another storm is brewing.
I forgot something at WaWa and I’m going to need to go out again. I just hope I don’t come home looking like a drowned rat again!

I got drenched too the other day, when I got stranded at a cafe without my umbrella.
I wouldn’t have minded so much if it had been a warm rain.. but it was icy cold!!
