All the cleaning and scrubbing I did in the kitchen yesterday took it’s toll on me. My hands hurt! They’re dry, they’re cracked and they’re peeling. I didn’t wear gloves while using the cleaners. Yep.. I’m a dummy. Even lotion won’t help. I put it on and 10 minutes later they’re back to the same condition. When will I ever learn? *sigh*
That shinyness you see.. that’s not lotion. My hands are just so damaged right now. The skin is tight and awful.

Ouch! Aloe vera gel is good for taking the heat out, especially if you chill it first. You should not use cleansers that do that to your hands. I am going to find my information on making your own cleansers and return to tell you.

I have rubber gloves…. I just neglected to use them
Oh dear, they look almost burnt and so painful! You must be using some lethal chemicals there!

I used Lysol spray cleaner. I just need to remember to use my rubber gloves!
OMG.. that’s almost funny as I was reading another blog (can’t remember which now) where they were talking about old fashioned practice of vaginal douching with – lysol.. OUCHHHHHHHHHHHHH
