It’s been just about 24 hours since I smoked my last cigarette and I’m doing good INSPITE of my husband who has decided that it’s ok to keep on smoking. Surprisingly his smoking doesn’t make me want a cigarette it makes me want to hurl. But anyway… on to better things. Since I quit I decided to get myself a Bluetooth headset for my phone. This one is only $9.99 with FREE shipping. Free shipping is the best thing in the whole world. I’ve always wanted a Bluetooth headset but the phones I’ve had before weren’t Bluetooth compatible. The LG Rumor that Andi sent me is compatible so I went looking and found a decent one. I figure I can’t lose much for just under $10 and reviews I’ve seen on this one are pretty good. I haven’t seen any negative ones. I had a Jabra corded headset for my other phone and it worked very well.
I look at it this way. This Bluetooth headset will cost me about the price of a pack and a half of cigarettes. I’d rather spend that money on something I can use rather than just see it go “up in smoke”.
Since I got my charger for the “new” phone the other day I haven’t had to charge this phone. My old one would be just about dead at the end of the day… every day. This Bluetooth headset has 8 hours talktime, 170 hours of standby time and weighs just 14 grams or less than a half an ounce.
