Hubby is out plowing again. He came home about 8:30 or so last night and went out again about 8 am. It’s now 1:30pm and he’s still out there.

I went out and cleaned off my car but that was as far as I could get. I can’t get to the drivers side of the car because of all of the snow and I don’t have a shovel. Hubby still has to finish plowing the driveway right behind my car so I can get it out. I’m glad I have enough stuff to last another day or two.

Enjoy the day after pictures below. The 1st 3 are the neighbors from yesterday… the 2 kids and parents. They built a snow fort out of snow and in the last one they built a snow slide. Now that looked like fun!

The ones below are from today when I was out cleaning off my car. A few show the camper covered in ice and the one showing the sky and trees. If you look closely at the trees you can see the snow blowing. I thought that was a neat shot!

They aren’t so bad afterall

Yesterday morning I came home from the store and the leasing agent for the people upstairs was just coming from talking to them. She told me the neighbors feel bad for all of the noise. They are still in the process of moving in.. still getting furniture delivered. The noisy sliding door is going to be fixed and a screen added so they can just leave the door open.

The wife came down yesterday afternoon and apologized in person. She actually seems to be a very nice person. She’s a small, petite girl and sure doesn’t need any nuphedra. They have a baby and both work. She is a manager in a bank. His father is a cop.

I guess I should consider myself lucky. The leasing agent told me that she had a choice of who to rent to… 4 college students (OMG), a family with 3 kids (YIKES) or these people. Out of those choices I think I’ll deal with this couple and their baby.

Can someone tell me why…

Why is it illegal to shoot your noisy, rude neighbors? Friday I got new neighbors upstairs. They evidently have kids… I’ve heard their loud voices. They have opened and closed their sliding glass door at least 50 times today. The kids have been running up and down the hall.

It’s a good thing none of us here have mesothelioma or some other disorder which requires us to get a lot of rest because we get no rest here with the noise. Hubby can’t even take a nap when he gets home from work because of the opening and closing of the door. I have a screaming headache from all of the noise and it’s hard for me to get any work done. I need to have relative quiet in order to concentrate and do my work. Right now they aren’t too bad, but I know it won’t last.

I really need to find somewhere else to live. I’m done with condo living. I need a house!!
