I was looking for new themes for my other 2 blogs and stumbled across this scrapbook style theme and fell in love with it. So I just had to download it and put it up here. It’s easy on the eyes and might save me some money in anti wrinkle face cream. hahaha

The middle picture in the header changes (I haven’t checked to see just how many images came with the theme but I saw 2 different images so far).

It might be only 2 columns but I can live with that with this theme. I usually go for 3 columns.

What do you think of this one?

I found a new theme and it’s so much nicer. I love the scalloped edge at the top but I don’t like the fact that on my monitor I have to scroll to the right to see all of the right sidebar. It’s not a lot but to me it’s a little annoying.

Do any of my readers know how to change the size of the sidebar on the right so it will all fit on the screen? If not I really have my job cut out for me to try and figure this out on my own.

What do you think of the new theme.. other than the scrolling problem?

I was just sitting here looking at my blog and this theme makes it looks like a cold, dreary winter day. I need to check on some files I have in my online backup and see if I have something a little brighter and cheerier looking.

I need to dump the grays and downer colors for something that will make people smile when they stop by to visit. Something that is warm and reminds us of spring and summer.. not winter. I’m so over winter. We still have tons of snow on the ground and as I go out to the store and stuff I see cars that are so buried in the snow that they probably won’t be able to get those cars out until spring. I’m so done with the white on the ground and the gray of the sky (although the sun is out today.. it won’t last long. They are calling for more snow tonight and tomorrow!)

I’m off to look for something happy for this blog! I hope everyone had a nice Valentine’s Day.

I finally found a new theme for my blog. What do you think? I had to get rid of the Army colors since the Army has pissed of both Andi and I for a long time.

I think the colors are calming and soothing. I just have to fix a couple things but I think I’m quite happy with this one.

On to other things… We are still looking for a place to live. We went to see one today that they want $925 a month for but…. It was the tiniest house I’ve ever seen. I don’t think my stuff would fit in that place. It’s just a little crackerbox house and they’re nuts if they think they’re going to get that much a month for it. It comes with a washer and dryer but no refrigerator and there is another small house, on the same lot, that is less than 5 feet away. Scratch that one off the list.

I’ve been doing a lot of packing and cleaning so as soon as we find a place we can just move on out.

I changed themes again. Why did I do that? Well, I don’t usually use IE (Internet Explorer) but I found out today that some blogs were causing IE to throw errors so I checked my blogs with IE and noticed that 2 of my blogs looked like crap in IE. They were throwing errors too. I read that using sitemeter caused that error problem and removed it and it worked fine except it still looked like crap. So that’s what caused the theme change. Everyone needs to dump IE and use FireFox or something else… anything but IE. I use FireFox3 and I love it.

If you look up in the right hand corner you’ll see an image. There are images that Andi took in Iraq. If you refresh the page you’ll see a different image. There are 10 in all.

Now I’m off to fix up Charlotte’s Tips. The content doesn’t even show at all in IE. Only the header shows. At least it’s not a memory cards problem!
